Actions Speak Louder Than Words is the first Grand Theft Auto IV mission assigned by Gerry McReary. Gerry's boss wants to stir up some trouble between the Ancelotti famjily and their Albanian body guards. Consequently, they want Niko to take out high-ranking Ancelotti family capo Anthony Spoleto;, aka Tony Black. Gerry figures if Niko rigs a car bomb to take out Tony, the Ancelotti's will blame the Albanians.

• Grab a car.
• Head to the bomb in the alley on Inchon Avenue. 
• Call Gerry once you get to the bomb.
• The Ancellottis are meeting the Albanians in Little Italy.
• Get to Tony's Cognoscenti car in the alley on Feldspar Street, next to Drusilla's. 
• Plant the bomb in the trunk.
• Find a decent car.
• Follow Tony when he drives off from the restaurant to North Holland.
• Wait until they get to the old factory.
• Detonate the bomb from a safe distance.
• Tony is killed in the explosion.
• FInish off any surviving gang members with your sniper rifle after the cutscene.
• Ditch your two star wanted level by outrunning the cops.
• Call Gerry to end the mission and get your $9,000 reward.
• Successful completion also unlocks I Need Your Clothes, Your Boots, and Your Motorcycle.
