The Grand Theft Auto 4 Secrets were revealed before the game’s release date. You can access them anytime during your adventures in Liberty City. These secrets must not be confused with the cheats available in the game.

1. View pigeon and ramp/stunt locations at any in-game computer by entering www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com
2. Fly a chopper to the Statue of Happiness. Enter the statue, climb the ladder and locate the chained beating heart (Heart of Liberty City). Fire a rocket to bag a pigeon.
3. Cause a traffic jam at one of the in-game ATMs. Wait for someone to withdraw money and kill him or her, blocking any roads in the area so the ambulance cannot assist the victim. Take the money they dropped on the ground, run a short distance, and return. The money should respawn. Repeat as many times as desired.
4. If the engine of the vehicle you are driving will not start, call any number in your phone book and the engine should function properly.
5. Walk up to the second level of the Statue of Happiness. Walk through the door and the game will reload. You will exit with a new t-shirt with the Statue on its front.
6. Call ZiT from inside a Mr. Tasty Ice Cream truck while the GTA theme is playing. A text message will confirm the song title. As soon as the message is answered, a Cheat Activated confirmation will appear, and the cheat will appear in the Cheat section of your phone. This cheat provides you with full health and body armor.
7. Instead of running on the stairs, try jumping and you will notice that you will move faster.
8. In the top of Alderney, near the bike showroom and behind a shed you will find the Sultan RS which is similar to Mitsubishi Evo Lancer. This is a rare car in Grand Theft Auto 4.
9. Enter an ambulance while your character is injured to receive additional health.
10. Enter a police cruiser to get 5 bullets.
