The rocket launcher is a very powerful weapon and can pretty much destroy everything. It has excellent range and is the perfect weapon for vehicles (especially helicopters) and multiple human targets. Unfortunately you can only control it by entering the aim mode. It shoots slowly and does poorly in close range combat as it will also damage the player as much as the opponent. The weapon is available during the single-player mode as well as the multi-player mode.

Nico comes to America from Eastern Europe in hopes of living out the American dream. However, he begins working for a criminal organization due to his cousin's influences. Unlike the past Grand Theft Auto games, Nico is directly affected emotionally by his crimes and you see his progression into madness and regret throughout GTA IV.

This is the most extensive map in the Grand Theft Auto series yet covering the fictionalized Liberty City (based off of New York City), Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and even parts of Jersey.

1. Alderny 1 - On a sunken ship south-west off the coast of the island

2. Alderny 2 - Myung area, on top of a water tower platform, on top of the Kakagawa building. Only accessible by helicopter drop.

3. Algonquin 1 - In Northwood in the Humboldt River, on a rock sticking out of the water in the river.

4. Algonquin 2 - In Castle Gardens, inside of a boat hangar, accessible with a boat.
