Grand Theft Auto 4 Portrait of a Killer Walkthrough
- You go to see the Fed, U.L. Paper again. After a meeting with him, you receive a text message about the person you need to kill. Grab a cop car to get the information about the guy you are supposed to clip.
- Once you arrive at the target's location, you will notice there are a lot of security guards hanging around. Use the parking garage office as cover to take out the guys near the cars. Look up and take out the guys on the second level and climb the ladder.
- Once you get to the top, find cover because there are a few guys waiting to ambush you. Keep behind cover and take them out one at a time. Once they are all taken care of, call Paper. The target was not there, but you are closer to finding him.
