In Grand Theft Auto IV, getting your friend Packie to like you enough grants you a bonus. Call Packie at any time and you'll receive a car bomb, which you can use on any car in the city.

How to Unlock Packie Bonus
After the Three Leaf Clover mission in Grand Theft Auto IV, Packie becomes your friend. He will occasionally call you to go and do things together in Liberty City. Once Packie's “like” percentage rises to 75%, his special bonus ability will be unlocked: when you call him he will prepare a car bomb for you, which you can pick up and use on any car in the city. The car bomb is detonated using the cell phone. In order to raise Packie's “like” percentage more effectively, focus on activities that he most enjoys: hanging out at Donnie's Bar, Burger Shot and Pang. -

- Must raise like percentage to 75% in order to unlock

- Roman: Cab service—unlocked at 60% like
- Little Jacob: Sells you cheap weapons from his car—unlocked at 75% like
- Brucie: Helicopter pickup/dropoff—unlocked at 75% like
- Dwayne: Sends armed friends to back you up—unlocked at 60% like
- Packie: Gives you car bombs whenever you call—unlocked at 75% like
