"One Last Thing" is a mission in the game Grand Theft Auto IV. In this small mission, you get a visit from Jimmy Pegorino at a bar asking you to get some heroin for a buyer. Dimitri Rascalov is someone you'll have to deal with, but you've got bad history with him. You have two choices: take the deal to make a lot of money or get revenge.

• • You're relaxing at a bar, when Mr. Pegarino shows up. He wants you to get some heroin for him so he can sell it to a buyer some Russians know. The problem is that you'll have to work with Dimitri Rascalov, someone with whom you have bad history.

• At this point, the story splits into two possible missions. One involves making a lot of money and the other is all about getting revenge. It's up to you to decide which path you want to take. We've decided to get revenge.
