When the Photo Shoot mission is completed in Grand Theft Auto IV, the random character Jeff is unlocked. Jeff will offer the player three optional missions later on in the game. These missions do not need to be completed in order to gain the 100 percent completion rating.

Jeff can be found in East Holland, as noted by the blue "friend" icon on the map. Approach him to trigger a custcene and initiate the first of three side missions. The Jeff missions are optional side missions and do not count towards 100% completion of the game.

Jeff suspects his wife is cheating on him and wants you to investigate. In the first mission, follow Jeff's wife and another man, take a picture of them together and send it to Jeff via cell phone. In the second mission, Jeff has murdered his wife and asks you to dispose of the body. In the third mission, Jeff is hit by a car.
