The Statue of Happiness in Grand Theft Auto IV has a beating heart. The heart is within the statue and held up by chains. Players can access it by commandeering a helicopter at the station on Happiness Island, then bailing out near the top of the statue. Once inside the statue, the player comes up to a door that says "No Hidden Content Through Here." Walk through the door (it won't open, you have to literally walk through it) and climb up a ladder to where the beating heart lies.
It is possible to shoot a rocket at the top of the ladder, where you can hit a pigeon.

Game Background
Grand Theft Auto IV is the ninth game in Rockstar Games' popular long-running franchise. The games are infamous for their violent, anarchic spirit and gleefully amoral content. In GTA IV, recent Eastern European immigrant Niko Bellic moves to America's Liberty City (based on New York City) to start a new life. He winds up working for his cousin Roman's taxi company, really a front for all manner of criminal enterprises. Though the actual navigable area of Liberty City is a bit smaller than that of the previous GTA game, San Andreas, but the graphics has been improved and the game has been made more interactive. -
