Dining Out is a mission that takes place late in the game Grand Theft Auto IV. In this mission, a dying mob boss asks you to kill a Korean who has been upsetting the structure of organized crime in Liberty City.

1. Be sure to be fully stocked on health, body armor and ammo before starting the mission.
2. Destroy all the vehicles behind the restaurant before going in.
3. You'll find more body armor in the room upstairs and first aid on the floor in the kitchen.

The character you're asked to kill in Dining Out is Young Guk-Kim. Kim is the leader of a Korean Mob based in Alderney City. Niko actually helps Kim out earlier in the game before being ordered to kill him in Dining Out.Wikipedia: List of Characters in Grand Theft Auto IV

• Tip: There is a first aid kit in the kitchen if you need it.

  Visit Jon Gravelli again in Schottler Medical Center. He tells you about some Koreans who are selling money at a discounted price. He needs you to take care of one of their group members, Kim Young Guk.

• 
  Enter Mr. Fuk Korean Restaurant and speak with the host at the front. He tells you that the manager knows Kim's whereabouts.

• 
  Stake out the restaurant further. Head upstairs to find the manager and question him as to Kim's location. He tells you that Kim left through the kitchen. Go out the kitchen back door after him before he escapes. Try to kill Kim before he gets away.

• 
  If he gets away, hop on the motorcycle and go after him. He'll shoot at you as you're chasing him, but you can out-run and out-shoot him. If you're not comfortable on a motorcycle, steal a car. Kill him to complete the mission.
