This game is available for the PC as well as for the XBox.
Car Theft Missions
After you have completed the Smack down mission in GTA IV, you will unlock the set of side missions that involve car theft. These missions are similar to the Exotic Exports missions.
Brucie calls after you complete the Smack down mission and informs you that his friend, Steve, will be contacting you with work. Steve wants you to steal cars for him and begins sending occasional text messages with pictures of the cars and descriptions of where to find them.
The condition the car arrives in will affect the price paid for each car. If it comes in perfect condition then the player will get the full amount of money being offered for the car. But they will knock off money for headlight damage, scratches and dents. Sometimes there is a pay and spray area where you can fix up the car before turning it in . This will bring the money back to the max.
Unlike the Exotic Exports missions, the route to the car is not automatically generated and you have to follow Steve's text description to locate the cars. There are thirty cars in total. Stealing all of them adds 2% towards 100% completion of the game and, for Xbox 360 players, unlocks the You Got the Message achievement.
Steve's Car Theft Video
This video takes you through the steps of stealing one of the cars that Stevie sends a text to you about and shows how to find it and where to return it to gain the payment for this particular car. The better the condition when it is returned the better the payment is doe the car.
