  • Car Theft Missions

    After you complete the Smackdown mission in GTA IV, you will unlock the set of side missions that involve car theft. These missions are similar to the Exotic Exports missions.

    Brucie calls after you complete the Smackdown mission and informs you that his friend, Steve, will be contacting you with work. Steve wants you to steal cars for him and begins sending occasional text messages with pictures of the cars and descriptions of where to find them.

    Unlike the Exotic Exports missions, the route to the car is not automatically generated and you have to follow Steve's text description to locate the cars. There are thirty cars in total. Stealing all of them adds 2% towards 100% completion of the game and, for Xbox 360 players, unlocks the You Got the Message achievement.
