- Take care of the boat by either shooting all of the passengers or blowing up the entire boat.

Bernie Crane, previously known as Florian Cravic, is one of the reasons Niko Bellic came to America. Niko believes Florian is one of the people who betrayed his old army unit during the Bosnia War. Grand Theft Auto 4 Buoy's Ahoy Walkthrough
Meet up with Bernie getting off of a boat. He needs you to accompany him on a boat trip.
Pilot the speed boat to Firefly Island and roll over the marker just off the beach. As you come to a stop, a boat appears and the Russians on board fire at you. These are three of Dmitri's men.
You need to track them down and kill them. Their boat is more maneuverable, but your's is faster. Don't follow them into tight spaces.
Once their boat reaches land, continue your pursuit on foot.
The three Russians are scattered around a graveyard. There is no time limit, so take your time searching without attracting attention from the cops.
After you kill them, head back to Bernie to complete the mission.
