In the advent of their first studio album release in five years, English virtual band Gorillaz released the music video of their first single, called 'Stylo' on YouTube.
The music video was released on March 1, 2010, only one week before the official release of "Plastic Beach", the third album of the band, which will be released on March 8, 2010, and a day later in the United States.http://www.gorillaz.com
The single 'Stylo' itself had been digitally released on January 26, 2010, while its physical release coiniced with the release of the Music Video on March 1th.
The Music Video features American song-writer Bobby Womack and rapper Mos Def. The music video was originally expected to premiere on Internet Television platform Babelgum on 27 February. However, as they postponed the release date to March 4, the band decided to premiere 'Stylo' on their YouTube channel.http://www.babelgum.com/gorillazgobananaz

Gorillaz
Gorillaz is was created in 1998 by Damon Albarn, member of the band Blur, and Jamie Hewlett of comic book Tank Girl. The band consists of four animated members: 2D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel. The band's actual composition differs, but Albarn has been a permanent contributor.
"Plastic Beach" is the third studio ablum by Gorillaz since its conception. Their first album, simply called "Gorillaz", was released in 2001, and resulted in five singles:
- "Clint Eastwood",
- "19-2000", "Rock the House",
- "911" and
- "Tomorrow Comes Today".
Their second album, "Demon Days", was released in 2005, and resulted in singles:
- "Feel Good Inc.",
- "DARE",
- "Dirty Harry" and
- "Kids with Guns".
"Stylo" is the first single of "Plastic Beach", which is released in March 2010.
