The first thing you will want to do is to open an account on Google Webmaster Tools Site. If you already have a Google account, all you have to do is login and start providing information. Submit Your Sitemap And Start Using Google's Webmaster Tools
Finally you should add a sitemap to webmaster tools which can be done by doing the following:
1. Upload your Sitemap to your site.
2. On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want.
3. Under Site configuration, click Sitemaps.
4. In the text box, complete the path to your Sitemap (for example, if your Sitemap is at http://www.example.com/sitemap.xml, type sitemap.xml).
5. Click Submit Sitemap.
For blogger (blogspot) users:
1) Select Sitemap from the left sidebar of your accounts dashboard
2) add the following sitemaps of your blogger blog to the Google Webmaster tool (in bold): http://www.YourBlog.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false or http://www.YourBlog.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?=rss
3) Click on submit.
That's it. Now all you have to do is wait for Google to started collecting your data and once that is done, you can start using your stats to improve you visibility on search engines.
