Google Gears is a browser plugin that enables offline access and richer user experiences for Web applications. It is available for Mac, Windows, Windows Mobile and Linux. If you have Gears installed and visit a compatible page, you can choose to allow the page to use Gears or block it by clicking 'Never allow this site.'
