Google gadgets are simple widget-like applications that will run on Google Desktop, other Google products and most websites. They can be created using the Google Gadget API, which is available on the Google Code website or for download as part of the Google Desktop SDK. Pre-built gadgets, made by Google or individual developers, can be downloaded free from Google's desktop gadget gallery.
Gadget Templates
