Google Earth Crop Circles

Google changed their logo to a flying saucer creating a crop circle on September 15, 2009. By clicking the logo, users were brought to a search results page for "crop circles." On the same day, Google posted a set of map coordinates (51.327629, -0.5616088) on Twitter. Using Google Earth, the coordinates brought up Horsell, England, a location in HG Wells War of the Worlds. http://features.csmonitor.com/innovation/2009/09/15/crop-circles-google-earth-and-the-logo-mystery/
