Gone Baby Gone

Based on the novel by Dennis Lehane, Gone, Baby, Gone is a crime thriller and actor/writer Ben Affleck's directorial debut. The film follows two private detectives investigating the disappearance of a 4-year-old girl in Boston.

Gone, Baby, Gone received mostly positive reviews, though only a few critics included the film on their 2007 top ten lists. The film has a 93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and a score of 72 on Metacritic. Roger Ebert gave the film three-and-a-half stars, calling it a "superior police procedural."
