Film.com predicts the 2011 Golden Globes to be one of the "best dressed." Glam.com fashion judges were specific in their predictions on what the top actresses will likely be wearing on the red carpet. As the new face of Miss Dior Cherie perfume, they picked Natalie Portman to wear a John Galliano design or a "unique Rodarte confection as the designers created most of her amazing Black Swan costumes." They saw Nicole Kidman sporting "something pretty" from Prada or "something special" from longtime stylist L'Wren Scott, with a minimalist approach. Elie Saab will likely dress Halle Berry, as Tom Ford will do with Julianne Moore, and Angelina Jolie will likely show off high slits in something from an Italian design house like Versace. They predict Anne Hathaway to opt for Rachel Zoe, Marchesa or Oscar de la Renta (which she has been wearing while promoting Love and Other Drugs). AccessHollywood.com's fashion experts predict the 2011 red carpet to be focused on glamor and rock and roll looks, with "a lot of brights" and color coming back. They said Ms. Berry was known to experiment with fashion and take risks and expected her to wear bright colors and an a-symmetric neckline. They said Portman would be likely to wear something flowing to accommodate her pregnancy, and for Hathaway to have more of a "sex symbol" look - "a little bit more flashy and fashion-forward," in line with her new movie.
