No sex mingame has been confirmed for God of War III, however the previous two God of War games have included one, so many outlets are speculating God of War III will include one as well.
About the GOW III Sex Minigame

Though he didn't confirm its existence, God of War III's game director Stig Asmussen spoke about the sex minigame situation in the latest issue of Game Informer Magazine, which was leaked onto the web on February 11, 2009. A quote appears below:
The sex mingame is an interesting thing because you're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. A lot of that stuff, we've got to worry about the ESRB. If we don't add something to it, then people are just going to say, 'Oh they just did that again' and it's going to be silly. But if we don't do it at all, people are going to say 'Where the hell is the sex minigame?'
Previous Sex Minigames

All of the previous God of War games, including the PSP release, Chains of Olympus have included sex mingames. Though the games do feature brief nudity, they do not show graphic sex scenes. Instead the camera pans off to the side and lets the audio do the story-telling. Each of the games have featured Kratos having sex with two women at the same time.
