About the Game
God of War 3 is to be last installment in the popular Playstation-exclusive franchise. The game follows Kratos, a former soldier who tried to redeem himself from the murder of his wife and child in God of War and then went on to join the ranks of Olympus in God of War 2. But having butted heads with the rest of the Greek gods, Kratos is out for revenge on them.God of War 3 will pick up where God of War 2 left off, with Kratos planning to storm Mount Olympus and do battle with the gods. The game has been rebuilt from the ground up for the PS3 and is expected to feature some of the best graphics seen on the platform to date.
In an interview with IGN, the game's director said, "We have large shoes to fill following the success of the previously released God of War titles, but with refined gameplay and jaw-dropping visuals, I guarantee that God of War will give fans what they have been eagerly waiting for, and much more."IGN: God of War 3 Makes Debut
