June 30, 2007: A Jeep Cherokee, engulfed in flames, crashed into main terminal of Glasgow Airport. The Two passengers were arrested after what British Home Secretary Jacqui Smith described as a terrorist attack.
The Incident
The Jeep was unable to drive into the the terminal, as the car was lodged between the terminal doorway. The two passengers exited the car and resisted police officers attempting to make an arrest. Kafeel Ahmed, who had been set on fire, was restrained by police after running into the terminal.
