Ginger Reyes, also known as Ginger Sling, is the bassist for the Alternative Rock band, Smashing Pumpkins. Reyes replaced former bassist Melissa Auf der Maur in 2007.

Before joining the Smashing Pumpkins Reyes fronted her own band called Ginger Sling. Her music has been featured on MTV’s "The Real World", "Making The Band", "Pimp My Ride", "Meet The Barkers" and "Laguna Beach". She also played bass for the bands Halo Friendlies and Lo Ball. -
