Gillette Champions
A trio of sports stars known as The Gillette Champions appeared in advertising campaigns and on Gillette's official website to endorse their products. The Champions included tennis star Roger Federer, golf legend Tiger Woods, Derek Jeter and soccer pro Thierry Henry. In light of the Tiger Woods relationship scandal, he was dropped by the company as a Gillette Champion.
This promotional campaign was retired in 2011.
Popular Promotions
The Gillette Fusion razor has been shown on Donald Trump's reality show, "The Apprentice," as a featured product. Contestants hit the streets of New York City to persuade people walking by to send text messages to learn more about the product. Donald also stated that he uses the product himself.
