Ghostbusters Sanctum of Slime is an action video games developed by Behaviour Interactive and published by Atari. In River of Ooze, the third level of the game, the player will receive the last of the three weapons of the game and explore the sewers to finally meet with a giant golem of slime.

1. You are starting the level with the Plasma Inductor, symbolized with the blue color. This beam can bounce on walls and hit enemies several times.
2. At the start of the level, equip it and kill the blue bugs. When they are all dead, take the yellow beam and start shooting at the enemies coming at you. Keep this weapon for the last ghosts. Stay away from them when they are dying because they explode and can damage you.
3. Head north. You will see a yellow mark on the ground. Carefully approach it and retreat when a hand appears. Kill it with the yellow beam. Repeat the process for the others.
4. In the next room, use the red beam to kill the bugs attacking you. When a big blue ghost appears, take the blue beam and shoot at it. Stay far from it because it can knock you down in one hit.
5. Take the door on the left and move through the sewers. Kill the blue bugs with the blue beam and switch to the red weapon when the red ghost rises. Clean the room of the blue skulls and head west.
6. Kill the few yellow ghosts in the next room and follow the path. Yellow ghosts and red skulls will appear. Take the red beam and take care of the skulls first while moving to avoid being hit. Switch to the yellow weapon to kill the two yellow ghosts. Blue skulls will attack and a big yellow ghost will join them. Focus first on the blue skulls while paying attention to the yellow ghosts attacks. This one is charging in one direction and creating a wall of slime that will damage you. Shoot him with the yellow beam and look where he will charge next. Avoid being on the way and heal your fallen teammates. Repeat the process until success.
7. Leave the room from the south and follow the path. Kill the yellow hand on the way.
8. In the next room, use the yellow beam to kill the bugs. Kill as many as you can with one shot and don't get overwhelmed. Three big blue ghosts will then appear. Shoot at them while walking back and stay as far as you can. Two more will come after that.
9. Leave the room from the south and follow the sewers. Kill the red and blue skulls with the blue weapon and continue east. Destory the red ghosts in the next room and head north.
10. Several ghosts of multiple colors will attack you. Use the yellow beam to damage them and clear the room. Continue north to the next part of the stage.
11. Boss: The Slime Golem can be hit with the blue beam. Stay far from him and shoot. He uses mostly melee attacks with damage area but it won't hurt you if you dont get near. The Golem can teleport himself so be aware of his next destination. He will sometimes throw a line of green slime that can damage you. Stay awat from it. Some bugs will also attack you but don't bother, keep shooting at the Golem. When needed, use the device to capture the boss.
