Georgia Train Fire

On August 24, 2008, a train caught fire after hitting a landmine near an abandoned military base in Georgia. The train was carrying fuel through the village of Skra when it hit a mine. The resulting explosion caused a large fire, with a reported 10 tanker cars to be in flames. No casualties have been reported, but two nearby houses received damage.
