Professional football executive George Kokinis serves as the general manager of the Cleveland Browns in the National Football League.

Career
Kokinis began his career coaching baseball, serving as a graduate assistant coach for the Maryland Terrapins baseball team in 1991. He joined the original Cleveland Browns that same year, serving as a scout for the team until 1995. In 2000, Kokinis moved up to assistant director of pro personnel, serving in that position for three seasons.
