  • George Eisenhart Jr. of Chardon, Ohio, was killed at the Motor Sports Monster Truck & Thrill Show on Saturday, January 24, 2009. Eisenhart accidentally walked in to the path of an oncoming monster truck at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin. The tragedy was recorded on video tape.     "Review of the incident shows that George [Eisenhart] accidentally stepped in front of a moving vehicle in a fashion that did not provide the vehicle's driver adequate time to react.
