• George Clinton is one of the pioneers of Funk music. His career has spanned nearly fifty years. He has had success as a solo artist and as a member of the bands "Funkadelic" and "Parliament". Along with James Brown, George Clinton is one of the musicians most sampled by hip-hop artists. He is a contestant on the third season of Gone Country where he will learn the art of country music.
