In the pretaped segment, President Bush thanked Captain Joseph Kobes for his service to his country and in Iraq.
The producers of the show contacted the White House after learning Kobes is a fan of President Bush.
President Bush jokingly asked the show's host, Howie Mandel, if he'd like to host a show "Three Trillion Dollar Deal or No Deal."
