Career
George Benson self recorded his first album The New Boss Guitar in 1964 and caught the attention of executives at Verve Records. Benson was added to the Verve roster and then recorded several hit albums, including "This Masquerade" and "Give Me The Night". In 1977, Benson had a number one hit "On Broadway" which is still played on radio stations to this day.
