Eugene Antonio "Geno" Hayes is a linebacker for the National Football League team Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Hayes was stabbed by his girlfriend Shevelle Bagley on March 7, 2009, according to police. Bagley allegedly stabbed Hayes with a scissor, then stabbed him with a knife, after an argument. Career
Hayes played college football at Florida State. He was drafted into NFL by Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fifth round of the 2008 draft. He played nine games in the 2008 season. His season ended when he tore an anterior cruciate ligament in his knee. Stabbing
Hayes' girlfriend Shevelle Bagley allegedly stabbed Hayes on March 7, 2009. According to police, the couple had an argument and Bagley then stabbed Hayes in the head with a scissor. When he attempted to get away, she allegedly stabbed him in the back with a knife. Bagley has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
