The character of Dr. Patrick Drake is being played by Ethan Erickson until May 2nd when Jason Thompson returns to his role.

Robin received a call from her mother Anna Devane who is coming to town for a visit. Robin has not told her yet that she is pregnant. Meanwhile Anna showed up while Robin was in the other room, thinking it was Patrick she yells out I'm pregnant not helpless, both Robin and Anna gasp when they realize what just happened.

Nickolas turned down Dr. Devlin's offer of a drug to save his life, while enabling him to continue seeing Emily's ghost. Nickolas tells Emily he never wants to let her go but the only choice he has left is to go through with the surgery to save his life.

Claudia and Jason, being pursued by an unknown gunman manage to make it to a cabin.

Johnny told his father that he and Claudia were the ones who hired Rick and arranged for him to be moved to Shadybrook. Sonny tells Rick to walk away and leave Anthony to rot.

Lulu and Maxie argue over who is going to get Spinelli's attention. Spinelli asks Diane for advice on love and then goes to see Maxie.

Sonny told Kate he thinks Alexis may be right when she told him that a smart savvy business woman like Kate does not belong with someone like Sonny. Kate however persuades Sonny that she loves him and wants to be with him no matter the circumstances.

Anna is in complete shock and begins to hyperventilate after hearing of Robin's pregnancy, she assures Robin she will get over it but is not ready for the term Grandmother yet. Robin explains that while she was caring for Stacey who was also HIV positive and seeing her newborn daughter she was overcome by maternal instincts. Suddenly Anna leaves as quickly as she arrives due to an urgent call, she promises to return. Robin goes to meet Patrick at Jakes and over hears him from a distance telling the bartender "that his babies momma's momma is the hottest thing he has ever seen."

Spinnelli went to see Maxi, and finds her in one of Kate's dresses from her couture collection, overcome by the sight of Maxie, Spinelli puts a hand to her breast leaving a small stain .

Rick and Sonny continue to argue over Rick's involvement with Anthony Zacharra. Anthony informs Trevor of what his son is up to, he offers him a deal if he helps Rick secure his transfer he will keep them both on his payroll.

Jason and Claudia remain holed up in a cabin together, Claudia lets Jason in on her life growing up in the Zacharra mansion. However Jason is only concerned about knowing whether her father had anything to do with Michael being shot, then suddenly shots ring out.

Dr. Devlin announced to Patrick he is leaving Port Charles, he leaves him with some words of advice, hang on to what you have don't let it slip through your fingers like he did.

Kate and Sonny argue over Sonny's insistence to go without guards protecting him, Sonny wants Kate to know how much danger she would be in by being with her, Kate wants Sonny to back away from the Zacharra family.

Johnny tells Lulu he cannot be with her any longer, it is becoming too dangerous, Lulu distraught goes back to the office. Johnny, after being unable to locate Claudia goes to see Sonny and holds a gun to his head.

Spinelli suddenly falls ill on the docks, Dr. Devlin reluctantly comes to his aid, meanwhile Jerry tells him he better not leave town. Spinelli arrives at the Hospital, he jumps Dr. Devlin to prevent him from leaving while Maxie knocks him out. Epiphiny later catches them in the morgue however, she doesn't see Dr. Devlin's body, thanks to Maxie's quick explanation.

Patrick tries to talk his way out of the spot he put himself in, when Robin overheard him talking about how hot he thinks Anna is. Robin commiserates with Kelly and Lainey about not being hot like her mother.

Johnny takes a shot at Sonny, but misses his mark thanks to Lulu's entrance.

Things are heating up between Max and Diane, she tells Max he needs to "man up" to Sonny about their relationship.

Jason and Claudia are still trapped in the cabin, Claudia shifts the blame to her father for shooting Michael. She then strikes a nerve while talking about Sonny not protecting Michael, Jason storms out and leaves Claudia alone to fend for herself in the cabin. An unknown assailant walks in and starts to attack Claudia, Jason returns just in the nick of time.

Jax spends some time with Morgan, who misses his brother, while Carly is at the hospital with the specialists Jax brought in.

Johnny tells Lulu if she had not walked in he would have killed Sonny, Lulu disgusted walks away.

Claudia was being held at gunpoint when Jason returned to the cabin, Claudia managed to get her attackers gun and kill him. Jason and Claudia find a motorcycle to escape on.

Lucky and Sam spend some time together gambling on the Haunted Star, that is until Alexis shut the place down for suspicion of money laundering.

Dr. Devlin's body is missing from the morgue, Spinelli managed to slip a tracking device into his pocket after Maxie knocked him out.

Kate wants Sonny to call the police after Johnny took a shot at him, Sonny said no police, he will take care of it his own way. Sonny explains that it is not about playing fair, it's about vengeance. Kate begs Sonny to stop the violence.

Nickolas and Nadine spend some time together at Windemere, after leaving the Haunted Star, however, Nadine leaves after Nickolas talks about his love for Emily, so that he may have some time alone.

Johnny went after Logan, looking for answers to Claudia's disappearance.

Dr. Devlin went to Sonny's looking for Kate, once he found her he admitted to her that he was the one who shot Michael, he wants a million dollars to escape, Kate agrees to it.

Claudia and Johnny are reunited right before their father's hearing, they head to the Court House with plans on testifying against him.

Anthony is getting ready for his hearing when Trevor and Rick show up, Rick is not pleased at the prospect of having to work with Trevor, Anthony says he is giving Rick the opportunity to humiliate his father.

Diane offers her help to Alexis on Anthony Zacharra's hearing, however, Alexis turns her down, due to her being Sonny's attorney. In a surprise move at the beginning of the hearing Alexis announces she would like to add Diane Miller as special counsel, after an outburst by Spinelli, Alexis starts her opening statement by agreeing with Spinelli that Anthony Zacharra is indeed a killer and that he knew the difference between right an wrong when he committed the murders, Rick's states that Anthony was suffering from Schizophrenia when he committed the crimes and now due to modern miracles in medicine he is cured and should be allowed to go home to his children. The first witness is called, Claudia takes the stand, testifying her father seemed normal since her return from Italy.

Tracy catches Luke with the money he is supposed to launder for the Zacharra's. Sam offers Luke a proposition, she would like a job on the Haunted Star, Luke is all for it. In a rare but tender moment Luke tells Tracy how much he loves her.

Nickolas and Nadine go horseback riding, and Nadine offers to cook dinner for him, Nickolas said he would love that, but not tonight. Nickolas spends one more night with Emily before his surgery.

Maxie and Lulu try to out do each other at Kate's office, Maxie deleted an important email for Kate off of Lulu's computer, Kate demanded they find the email or they are both fired!

Elizabeth is admonished by a doctor after making a mistake in medication that almost cost a patient his life.

Maxie gives Spinelli an impromptu kiss, which leads to Spinelli defending Maxie to Lulu. Spinelli ends up saving the day by retrieving the deleted email that Kate needed, just as Kate fires both Maxie and Lulu.

Nickolas while spending one last night with Emily, becomes grief stricken at the thought of never seeing her again, while Emily encourages him to go on with his life.

Tracy in a tender moment professes her love in return to Luke, however Sonny comes in and spoils the tender moment. Sonny warns Luke as did Lucky that he needs to stay away from the Zacharra's. After his release Anthony ends up on the Haunted Star with Luke.

The hearing continues with Claudia on the stand, Alexis asks Claudia if she thinks her brakes were tampered with under the orders of her father, Claudia denies it, continuing to lie and protect her father. The judge rules that at the time of the crimes Anthony, suffering from schizophrenia was not aware enough to form intentions, and now that he is stable he will be released from custody.

Dr. Devlin called Kate to extort more money from her, threatening to tell Sonny that she gave him money knowing he shot Michael.

Johnny is extremely upset with Claudia for lying, her defense is that she knew he would be released so she thought it better to defend him.

Sonny puts his foot down and wants to send Max to Puerto Rico indefinitely in order to keep him away from Diane, Sonny feels their romance is distracting them from their job.

Patrick tries to convince Robin that he is not hot for her mother, meanwhile Anna walks in and knocks him over with the door, Robin informs Anna of how Patrick feels about her.

Sonny warns Jason to stay away from Claudia after hearing that she insinuated on the stand that she spent the night with Jason.

Anthony tells Lulu it is best for her to stay away from Johhny, Lulu said she couldn't agree more, she said she doesn't want a front row seat while Johnny turns into a heartless, cold, bitter man like his father. Tracy meanwhile begs Luke to cut his ties with the Zacharra's.

Carly apologizes to Elizabeth for judging her so harshly, and she understands why she wanted to keep her children away from Jason, to protect them from the same fate as Michael.

Anthony jumps right back into business with a family meeting, he asks Claudia point blank if she is responsible for shooting Michael, Anthony then apologizes to Claudia and Johnny for all his past mistakes.

While helping Maxie find the missing million dollars from Kate's business account, Spinelli tracks it down to a wire transfer to the Grand Cayman Islands to none other than Dr. Devlin. Jason and Spinelli go off to track Devlin down, meanwhile Maxie is hiding in Jason's SUV.

Patrick said that Michaels tests show that there is some brain function, however, there is only a slight chance that he could ever wake up, Carly only hears that there is hope even if it is only one in ten thousand. Sonny told Carly she needs to accept that Michael will never wake up, just as he has to accept that it is his fault that Michael got shot, Carly said she will never give up hope!

Anna shows up at the Haunted Star interested in playing Roulette, Luke explains that they have shut him down, however, he opens up a few tables for a private game, Tracy suffering from jealousy goes to Robin's to say "Granny Goose" is at the Haunted Star trying to pick up her husband.

Luke and Anna party it up on the Haunted Star, Robin, Patrick and Tracey find them playing on a swing together, Anna inadvertently throws her back out while on the swing. Robin and her mother talk about what scares them the most about becoming a mother and grandmother. Anna asks Patrick point blank when is he going to marry her daughter.

Spinelli and Jason are on the trail of Dr. Devlin in Canada, meanwhile Maxie is hiding in the back of the SUV, only to be discovered when Spinelli brakes sharply for a moose in the road, Jason kicks her out and tells her to wait for the bus. Spinelli admits that he has fallen in love with Maxie, Jason said just be careful. Meanwhile Maxie who is waiting for the bus spots Dr. Devlin as he spots her.

Rick put Trevor in a tight spot by telling him he should hand over the deed to the piers, Anthony consults with Johnny as to how he thinks he should proceed, Johnny said although the piers would be extremely valuable, it would be too risky to take them over at this time.

Jax tours a treatment facility where Michael would get world class care for the rest of his life, when he suggests this to Carly she accuses him of giving up on Michael, Sonny thinks it a good idea but Carly declares if thats what they want to do then maybe they should just remove the feeding tubes. Carly ends up preparing to have Michael brought home to care for him.

Claudia attacks Kate verbally and viciously over her involvement with Michael, she then shows up at the Haunted Star to talk to Luke and Sonny about her father.

Dr. Devlin grabbed Maxie and is holding her hostage, with a scalpel to her throat. Jason and Spinelli show up to try and save her, creating a standoff, suddenly Devlin is distracted by something moving in the bushes, allowing Maxie to break free while Jason shoots him, Devlin dies before Jason can get the name of who hired him to shoot Sonny. Jason is arrested and taken to the station.

Claudia approaches Luke and Sonny to see which one is interested in killing her father, Sonny brings up to Claudia the fact that he is free because of her, Claudia defends her decision as a strategic plan.

Jacks is upset with Carly for not talking to him about bringing Michael home, Bobby however, is supportive of Carly's decision. Sonny tries to talk Carly out of taking Michael home for Morgans sake, but Carly turns around and said Sonny wants to send him away so he doesn't have see him, Jacks begs to differ stating for once Sonny is thinking of someone other than himself, Sonny threatens to go to court to have a judge decide where Michael should go, Carly tells both Sonny and Jacks to go to hell she doesn't need them.

Anna puts pressure on Patrick about marriage, after Patrick leaves Robin explains to Anna the situation between her and Patrick. Meanwhile Patrick commiserates by having drinks with Luke. Robin wants Anna to tell Patrick she takes back everything, but Anna gets called away again.

Alexis and Jerry's cozy dinner is interrupted by a phone call stating Jason Morgan just killed Ian Devlin.

Claudia is nervous about Jason coming after her if Devlin said anything before he died. Anthony figured out that it was Claudia who put the hit out on Sonny. Claudia meets with Jerry to discuss what to do next, Jerry advices Claudia to leave town.

Carly is ready to bring Michael home today, Jacks asks her think about it & what it would do to Morgan to see his brother that way, Carly makes up her mind and Michael arrives home by ambulance, Morgan arrives home shortly afterwards, Carly explains to Morgan about Michael being sick and in a coma, she brings Morgan in to see him, but Morgan wants to play with him.

Emily visits Nickolas in the park before his surgery, they reminisce about when they first met in that very same place. Nickolas is prepped and his surgery begins, while removing the tumor Patrick said another week he would have been dead, Patrick successfully removes the entire tumor.

Alexis wants Jason to tell her if Devlin told him who is accomplice was, when he doesn't answer, she then calls Jerry in to interrogate him, Alexis asks point blank if he was in business with Devlin.

It's Jake's first birthday, Elizabeth is having his party in the park, Spinelli shows up to take pictures for Jason, however Lulu forbids him!

Jerry denies any involvement with Devlin or Michaels shooting while being questioned by Alexis

Morgan went into Michaels room and was trying to wake him up, Carly and Sonny came in, Sonny told him Michael will never wake up. Sonny and Carly argue over her decision to bring Michael home, Sonny threatens to petition the court to have Michael moved to a facility. Jason comes by to see Carly, he told Carly if it is going to hurt her or Morgan then it is wrong to keep him there, Carly refuses to give up on her son, however she eventually decides that Michael would be better off in a facility that can care for him.

Nickolas wakes up from surgery holding Emily's wedding ring, no one knows how it got there, including Nickolas. Luke visits Nickolas in the hospital, Nickolas wanted to know how Luke got over losing Laura twice, Luke said somehow you accept the loss and deal with the pain and eventually it gets easier.

Tracy and Luke continue to argue over Luke's little party with Anna.

Sonny asks Diane to file papers for him to retain guardianship over Michael, Kate overhearing advises Sonny that it could be a terrible mistake, he should step back and have a little faith in Carly as a mother, Sonny is surprised by Kate's advice, but he agrees to it. Carly goes to tell Sonny that she will have Michael sent to the facility that Jacks had found.

Claudia and Rick meet for drinks, Rick offers to get Claudia back in the family's graces, Claudia informs him if Anthony wants her out of the business that's what he gets.

Anthony made it very clear that Claudia has no place in the family business.

Carly says good-bye to Michael, she then goes to tour the facility where Michael will be staying, meanwhile Sonny visits with Michael to apologize for his part in Michael's accident, he suddenly breaks down in tears due to his being so utterly grief stricken. After touring the facility Carly tells Jacks that it's not the right place for Michael.

Spinelli and Jason work on theories about Kate's involvement with Ian Devlin, Jason approaches Kate and asks why she paid Devlin a million dollars when she knew he shot Michael, Sonny overhears and said no way would Kate do that!

Trevor is pushing a deal with the Estobaun Family, Johnny is apposed however, Anthony is not. Anthony figures out a way to control Johhny,he has Lulu grabbed by two of his men and brought in to talk to him, Anthony decides he wants Lulu to continue seeing Johnny, if she refuses to cooperate Anthony said her father will pay the price.

Max asks Kate to talk to Sonny on his behalf, he wants Sonny to allow him to continue dating Diane. Max and Diane play at Sonny's while he is away, but later think twice about it when they think about what happened to Michael.

Jason admits that he can't look Sonny in the eye anymore because all Jason can think about is how Sonny saved Kate instead of Michael.

Claudia calls another meeting with Jerry, Claudia told him Jason suspects nothing and she longer needs him, Jerry decides it is in her best interest to be friendly and available to him or he will tell Jason she is responsible for Michael's shooting.

After Carly had her outburst at the facility she calmed down, and reconsidered letting Michael stay.

Jerry and Claudia continue to argue over who is going to control who, Jerry threatens to out Claudia to Sonny, and Claudia does the same to Jerry, Alexis finds the two of them together and is not happy about it.

Sonny feels betrayed by Kate after overhearing her discussion with Jason about paying Ian Devlin a million dollars.

Tracy is taking out her frustrations on Alice, Alan's ghost comes back to give Tracy some sisterly advice on her marriage to Luke. Alice and Edward overhear Tracy talking to Alan, who they don't see, it appears she is talking to herself.

Patrick is upset because he overheard Robin saying he is no help, however, he heard it out of context.

Lucky warns Luke to stop drinking and stay away from unlawful activities, while Luke vows to get Tracy back by whatever means. He goes to Tracy to tell her how much he loves her, and to offer her his broken body and battered heart.

Spinelli is upset because Maxie is in New York with a famous designer, he goes to Jake's the local pub, where the bartender gets him to drink, Spinelli runs into Patrick there and seeks his advice on women.

Michael Sr. goes to Kate to ask her to help Sonny in his grief, Kate confesses to Mike what happened with Ian Devlin and the money, Mike still wants her to help.

Sonny visits the facility where little Michael will be staying.

Robin is doing videos to along with her blog on her pregnancy, Patrick thinks she should talk to him, Robin said unless you have your own ten pound potato to carry around you can't help.

Sam and Lucky find Nickolas on the floor beside his hospital bed, he apparently had a seizure, the doctor said it appears he didn't get his anti-seizure medications, even though Ephiphany said she did administer them, Sam pulls Lucky aside and said the same thing happened to Elizabeth when she said she had given a patient his medication and there was no trace of the medications found in his bloodstream.

Anthony showed up at the Haunted Star just in time to find Johnny and Lulu kissing, much to his delight. Anthony apologizes to Claudia for neglecting her lately, he said he doesn't want Claudia to get hurt and that's why he won't let her in on the family business dealings.

Jason spends some time with Michael, until he gets a call from Jake's telling him Spinelli is headed for some problems, meanwhile Spinelli tries to pick up a hooker.

The medication mystery deepens at General Hospital, now two people have not received the right medications.

Rick catches Claudia snooping around Anthony's office, Rick still wants Claudia to feed him information on the Zacharra family.

Jacks suggests to Carly that the boys would be safer with Sonny out of their lives, Carly is not sure she could do that, however Carly later changes her mind, Alexis advises Jacks against taking this legal step.

Nickolas confessed to paying Dr Devlin for illegal drugs so he could continue seeing Emily's ghost.

Jason meets Claudia at the Zacharra Estate, Anthony is considerably upset by his appearance, Claudia states he is there so she can find out who cut the brake lines on her car, Anthony leaves.

Claudia wants Johnny to convince Jason that Anthony is responsible for Michael being shot, so then Jason will kill him.

Nickolas is leaving the hospital early, Nadine tries to talk him into staying until the doctor releases him however, she has no luck and Nickolas leaves.

Kate announces to Maxie and Lulu that she and Sonny are no longer together, Maxie offers to go to Manhattan if Kate should decide to leave.

Sonny summons Jason to his office to clear the air about how Jason feels about Sonny's part in Michael's shooting, Jason admits that yes, he does blame Sonny, Carly and himself for letting Michael get harmed due to their lifestyle.

Jerry approaches Anthony looking to rent some property down by the piers, Anthony said he has plans for that property, Jerry later meets Claudia on the pier, where he stabs her.

Jacks and Kate go to a party together, while Michael is being transported to his new home. Meanwhile Kate confesses her involvement with Ian Devlin to Jacks on the jet, however it doesn't sway Jacks opinion of her, instead they grow closer at the party.

Alexis walks up to Jerry on the pier right after he stabbed Claudia, he is still holding the bloody knife but quickly tosses it in the water, Alexis doesn't notice it, however she does suspect something.

Anthony strongly suspects Claudia's involvement in Michael's shooting, he is asking around to try and find the proof he wants.

Lulu asks Nickolas for advice on true love, Lulu then goes to see Johnny, who tells her of the veiled threat against her made by his father and tells her she should stay away from him, instead they make love.

Carly and Sonny spend the day with Michael at his new home at the extended care facility, they spend the ride home reminiscing about Michael when he was a little boy, Carly suddenly breaks down in Sonny's arms and they share a passionate kiss.

Jason helps Elizabeth who broke down in the pouring rain, they find shelter in a cabin in the woods. Elizabeth tries to help ease the pain Jason is feeling over Michael being in an irreversible coma.

Nickolas finds Claudia wandering around suffering from a stab wound, he takes her back to his estate and tends to her wound. Nickolas does not realize who she is until she announces it. Claudia becomes delirious and starts talking about Sonny, Johnny and the secret, she thinks Nickolas is Johnny and she tells him "she swears she didn't know he was going to shot that little boy".

Carly and Sonny share a passionate kiss on the ride home and end up making love, Carly soon regrets it, she has Sonny dmit that Morgan is better off without him and she gives Sonny the paper to sign away parental rights, giving Carly sole custody.

Trevor barges in on Johnny and Lulu's intimate moment, he tells Johnny to end things with Lulu and take control of the Zacharra family, Trevor warns her that she is in danger from Anthony. Johnny agrees that Trevor may be right, he loves Lulu but wants to keep her safe.

Jacks and Kate commiserate over being on the outside looking in, things heat up and Jacks and Kate share a passionate kiss.

Sonny is floored that Carly would ask him to sign away his son, he accuses her off setting him up by having sex with him first.

Trevor makes a phone call, which sets up Luke to go down for money laundering.

Claudia in a delusional state, continues to talk about hiring Ian Devlin to shoot Sonny and hitting Michael instead. Nickolas waits for the power to return so he can notify the authorities about what Claudia has been saying. Nickolas confronts Claudia about the shooting.

Jacks apologizes for kissing Kate, however Kate doesn't want an apology, she admits that she wanted him to kiss her.

Luke and Tracy spend a romantic evening at the Haunted Star during the storm, until Trevor shows up with the police shortly behind him, the Haunted Star is being searched for evidence of money laundering.

Jacks goes home to Carly, while Kate goes to see Sonny.

Alexis demands Luke's release from custody, Rick questions her motives.

Johnny is worried about Claudia and asks Anthony if he is involved in her disappearance.

Carly goes to see Jason in the middle of the night, she tells him she slept with Sonny and tried to get him to sign his rights away for Morgan. Jason explains to Carly that it is not easy to just walk away from your child. Meanwhile Jacks leaves Carly to go figure out what comes next between him and Carly, Carly finds the note when she returns from Jason's.

Patrick gave Robin a big stuffed animal for the baby, Robin thanks him for being so strong and supportive lately.

Nickolas confronts Claudia, she tries to explain to him how Michael ended up getting shot, however Claudia questions Nickolas on how he knew Ian Devlin. Nickolas reconsiders his decision to turn Claudia in.

Luke is released and is planning to jump bail, he asks Tracy is she would be his traveling companion, Tracy already had her bags packed and waiting.

Sonny consults Diane, with plans to counter Carly's request for Sonny to give up all parental rights, Diane warns him that if she takes these measures there is no turning back.

Robin's video blog is a great success, Patrick wants to know exactly what Robin is saying about him, so he watches the blog and is furious. Patrick then gets a brainstorm and starts his own video blog.

Lulu visits with Anthony to tell him the deal is off, Anthony threatens Lucky's life if Lulu does not stay with Johnny.

Kate goes to Carly's to ask her to leave Sonny alone.

Carly summons Spinelli to find Jacks, he tracks him to Rome, however Carly suddenly does not want an address stating there is only one reason Jacks would go to Rome and she doesn't want to drag him back.

Max invites Diane away to the country for the weekend.

Lucky shows up at Johnny's to find out what Johnny's intentions are toward Lulu, he brings up his fear that Lulu may end up in Shady Brook like her mother, Laura.

Anna returns, she is thinking that maybe she should pursue a desk job, Anna has decided to become more grandmotherly, however while at Jakes a bar fight breaks out and Anna is held at knife point, Anna beats them senseless.

Patrick starts his video blog about fatherhood, he states "men roam" and "women nest", he is interrupted by Robin and Anna.

Sonny wants Jason to take over the business, he feels his family would be less of a target, Jason however is not sure he wants to take on that responsibility or risk.

Claudia and Nickolas compare their lives growing up in a controlling family, but are interrupted by Lucky, Claudia hides, overhearing Lucky talking about Laura's insanity and his fear of Lulu breaking down.

Carly packs up Morgan and takes him on a trip.

The Metro Court is under attack by several well armed robbers, Carly, Sonny, Sam, Nickolas, Emily, Lulu, Robin, Elizabeth and most of the town is there for a fund raiser, Sonny figures out it is not a robbery, that they are after someone. However it turns out that they are after Alcazars briefcase, which has a self destruct code, as Alcazar is telling Skye the code he goes into seizures.

When Luke returned to Port Charles and went to see Laura at Shadybrook, Lucky is happy to find his dad there visiting, however Luke discovers that Scotty was there to visit as well, which didn't sit well with him.

Patrick consults with Skye and Alcazar, while he exhibits symptoms of his brain tumor recurring, Patrick runs tests and tells him he needs surgery immediately or he will die.

Bobby and Scotty reunite to talk about when Laura returned to normal after taking LS 9, however the effects were temporary.

Trevor warns Anthony about threatening Lulu in public, Trevor then goes down to see Lulu and Johnny and tells Lulu she should just disappear.

Jason tells Sonny they are responsible for Michael getting hurt, therefore they don't get to have a nice life.

Carly wants a new identity for her and Morgan so they may start over without Sonny finding them, Jason reminds Carly that if she leaves she will never be able to see Michael because Sonny will have lookouts watching for her. Jason convinces Carly not to run and to let him see what he can do.

Max's brother warns Diane not to hurt Max by flirting with him.

Sonny grabs Spinelli, throws him up against a wall for stating that maybe he should give up his parental rights, Maxie then brings Spinelli to her house to pamper and take care of him.

Kate advises Sonny to give Carly some time, don't fight her and she may change her mind.

Robin and Patrick spend some romantic time together, during this time they both feel the babies first kick.

Spinelli wakes up next to Maxie after spending the night, Spinelli is in seventh heaven until Mack walks in. Mack goes to Robin for advice about Maxie, he asked Robin to talk to Maxie about sleeping with mobsters. Spinelli misunderstood a comment Maxie made and now he thinks he slept with Maxie, however after he has Sam talk to Maxie she tells him that they did not have sex.

Anthony is enraged that Johnny doesn't say where Claudia is, Trevor insinuates she may be working for an enemy and that she is a threat, Anthony states "not for long." Anthony demands that Rick take care of Claudia and get her to turn against Johnny.

Jason agrees to take over Sonny's business if he gives up Michael and Morgan, Sonny is furious, he accuses Jason of doing this because of his abandoning his own son Jake. After much arguing Sonny agrees to Jason's demands and signs away all parental rights to Michael and Morgan. Jason goes to the Zacharra's to announce that he is taking over for Sonny, and that they will now deal directly with him.

Jacks returns from Rome, Carly agrees that they need to get a few things settled, Jacks is upset because Carly is making him feel like an outsider. Carly wanted to know if that's why he went to see his old love Brenda? Jacks leaves again angry, only to return and find Carly hugging Sonny after he signed his rights away.

Sam is helping Spinelli to become a babe magnet, Sam is setting up a strict workout regimen for him.

Rick advices Anthony to hit Jason right away, Johnny disagrees, however Rick presses on, Johnny brings up old wounds about Rick's marriage to Elizabeth and the bad blood between him and Jason and accuses him of wanting to jump the gun for those reasons.

Carly tells Jacks that Sonny signed away his parental rights to the children, Jacks wants to know where it leaves them? He still loves Carly but needs to know that she feels the same way.

Jason lays down the new ground rules, Diane asks if there will be a problem with her seeing Max, Jason said he doesn't care what they do, however there are more important things at hand. Carly barges in on Jason, Jason states Sonny signed those papers to keep the children safe and he wants to keep everyone safe, therefore he cannot see her anymore.

Jacks and Kate argue over Sonny and Carly, he thinks Sonny is selfish and Kate feels the same about Carly, Jacks walks out. Kate chases Jacks down and apologizes to him, meanwhile Carly walks in and said he can't have both it's either her or Kate.

Anthony ordered the shipment Jason was waiting for to be blown up.

Maxi threatens to take Johnny away from Lulu.

Alexis upon hearing that Sonny gave up parental rights to his other children requests that he do the same for Christina.

Carly and Jacks argue about the direction their marriage is taking, Jacks is jealous of Carly's friendship with Jason, while Carly accuses Jacks of running to Kate. Carly basically tells him it's her or me.

Nickolas and Claudia talk about finding true love, she later finds him in the woods after falling from his horse.

Jason plans a retaliation against the Zacharra's, he informs Max he will take care of it personally.

Rick visits Sonny to tell him he will be there for him, Sonny reminds Rick that he is no longer able to protect him from Jason.

Maxie calls Johnny saying she needs to see him right away, when he arrives she jumps on his lap and starts kissing him.

Jason crept into the Zacharra Estate and starts a fire, Anthony refuses to leave his home, Trevor gets him out to the terrace and then runs back, while alone Anthony starts screaming "someone will pay for this," when Jason suddenly appears before him!

Claudia helps Nickolas back to Windemere, after he takes a serious fall from his horse, she asks Nickolas if he has a death wish, stating why else would you ride a horse right after having brain surgery. Claudia tucks him in bed and takes care of him, Nickolas realizes there is more to Claudia than he knows about, he asks her if she has been deeply hurt by love before.

Spinelli shows up in time to catch Maxie trying to set up Johnny to make Lulu jealous, when Lulu shows up Spinelli defends Johnny much to Maxie's displeasure.

Jacks and Carly make up, both agree if the relationship is to work they need to be honest, Carly apologizes for shutting him out and promises not to anymore. Meanwhile Lulu shows up to ask Carly to step in and talk Jason out of a full out mob war with the Zacharra's, Carly tells her there is no way to stop it.

Anthony tries to call Jason's bluff by saying he did him a favor by burning his home down, Johnny feels that Jason could have killed him if he wanted to, that it was just a warning and things should be left alone, Anthony decides to let things alone until Jason let's his guard down, then Anthony plans on putting him in the ground!

Kate and Sonny have a heart to heart about their relationship, Kate admits she used to use his mob involvement as a good excuse to run when she got scared off by love. Bottom line Sonny wants to know if Kate can handle his new life outside the mob. Rick shows up to tell Sonny that Jason just took his first official action, by setting the Zacharra Mansion on fire, Rick warns Sonny he needs to let the Zacharra's know he is out of the mob before any retaliation can occur.

Spinelli takes some lessons on how to shoot a gun, he runs into Sam at the shooting range, Sam tells him a gun is no way to attract women, they go back to Jason's where Sam tries teaching him proper etiquette while dining with a woman.
