Early Life
Gary Glover was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on December 3, 1976. He attended DeLand High School. In 1994, Glover was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the Major League Baseball amateur draft.
Pro Career
On September 30, 1999, Glover made his MLB debut with the Toronto Blue Jays. He has played for several teams throughout his career, including the Chicago White Sox, Anaheim Angels, Chicago Cubs, Minnesota Twins, Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays. In 2007, Glover appeared in 67 games and compiled a record of six wins and five losses with a 4.89 earned run average. He was released by the Tampa Bay Rays in 2008.
