Country singer Garth Brooks will perform a series of weekend concerts at the Wynn resort and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada as part of an extended engagement. Tickets for Brooks' acoustic shows in Las Vegas, which will be played on weekends only beginning on December 11, 2009, may be hard to get. Tickets went on sale on October 24, 2009, at 8 a.m. PST. They were available for purchase online at the Wynn's official website or via telephone. Garth Brooks Concert Dates
Several dates for Brooks' extended run at the Wynn in Las Vegas have been announced. Brooks will perform in the Wynn's Encore Theater on the following dates:- December 11, 12, 13
- January 1, 2, 3 and 22, 23, 24
- February 12, 13, 14 and 26, 27, 28
- Shows will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Show times are as follows:
- Friday at 8 p.m. PST
- Saturday 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. PST

Brooks Ends Retirement
On October 15, 2009, Garth Brooks announced he was ending his nearly nine year retirement. At press conferences held in Nashville and, later in the day, Las Vegas, Brooks said he would perform 16 weeks worth of concerts.
