Garry Shandling is an American comedian who starred in It's Garry Shandling's Show from 1985-1990 and The Larry Sanders Show from 1992-1998. He has also appeared in a number of films including Trust the Man and Town & Country.
Shandling is being sued for an automobile accident he was involved in back in January of 2009.
