Garden State Offshore Energy is a venture to build a wind farm in New Jersey. The project is a collaboration between the Public Service Enterprise Group Inc (PSEG) and Deepwater Wind, a company that develops wind power. The project was selected by the state of New Jersey on October 3, 2008, over four other proposals to develop the wind farm.The Wall Street Journal: N.J.
