In September 2009, The Gap put out a casting call in partnership with Disney Family.com to all model agencies to find new models for their kids commercials. They were looking for babies, children and teens. The casting call went out to baby model search agents, infant model search agents, child model search agents and teen model search agents nationwide. The entries were accepted from September to October 2009. From the entries, they selection was narrowed down to 20 finalists. These finalists participated in a professional GAP photo shoot. The winners, who were chosen by the public voting were announced in early in February 2010. The Gaps CommericalKids conducted child acting auditions for their TV commercials early in 2010 and the winners were decided upon. William from Medford, MA and Shyenne of Pembroke Pines, FL are the winners from the babies category.
