Gabriel Ramuglia

Gabriel Ramuglia is the founder and operator of Ctunnel.com, the web proxy service used by hackers who gained access to Sarah Palin's Yahoo e-mail account, a service which is designed to conceal the user's IP address. Ramuglia aided the FBI in their investigation of the hacked e-mail account.

Ramuglia says that while many users of Ctunnel.com use the proxy site for the Yahoo! mail service, the screenshots of Sarah Palin's email account posted by hackers on the Internet forum 4Chan also include images displaying the majority of the URL text which the hackers used as a proxy. The URL display makes finding the source of the hacking easier to find on the Ctunnel administration log.
