G-Unit

G-Unit is a rap group whose members include 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, and Tony Yayo. The members grew up together on the same block, rapping and selling drugs together. G-Unit has branched out into a popular clothing line as well as a record label. Artist signed to G-Unit Records include Olivia, Mobb Deep, MOP, Spider Loc, and Ma$e. The Game was a member of G-Unit for a brief time before leaving in 2006.

The group founded G-Unity Foundation, Inc., a public foundation that provides grants to nonprofit organizations that focus on improving the quality of life for low-income and under served communities.
