Fury is an online player versus player massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by Auran for the Windows PC.
Story
You are one of the Chosen, great warrior who once dominated the battlefields of the ancient world. You have been reincarnated into an age of strife and battle where your heroics are needed once again. It is up to you to save the world from the brink of destruction by recovering the Essence, a magical force. As you battle, you begin to regain memory of your former lie and are able to unlock ancient magic and powers.
Gameplay
The game is strictly PvP and is similar to a first-person shooter. The focus of matching equally ranked players from across the world in PvP combat matches differs from the traditional role-playing game that centers around players versus their environment and non-player characters. The character advancement system includes unlocking over 400 abilities with which you develop a character-class all your own and a large selection of equipment. Most abilities are cast instantly, rather than being frozen in place awaiting a spell to take effect. You can enter Elimination, Bloodbath, or Vortex matches by talking to NPCs. Elimination is team deathmatch, Bloodbath is deathmatch, and Vortex is a variation on the standard capture the flag game type. Combat consists of melee as well as magic that you assign to a hotkey bar. There is no real leveling in the game and no static classes. After each match you gain Essence points that depends on how well you fought and what type of skills used. There are four main types of skills: Decay, Lie, Growth, and Death. Skills and equipment in this game cost equip points. You can combine skills from all class types to create whatever you want.
