FUEL is a racing game where players can compete against each other in a present-day United States that has been ravaged by global warming. The game world spans 5,000 square miles, yet there are no load times during races.

Setting
The setting takes place in a modern-day United States that has been greatly affected by global warming. The result affects forced people to move away from large sections of the country, since natural disasters started tearing up the place. Even though most try to avoid these places, some of the more adventurous people seek these abandon places out, so they can compete in races.
