"The best parts of Frosty come from its voice artists. Both DeWolfe and Vernon offer lively takes on their characters. Their roles are the most interesting of the bunch, though the wacky Hocus Pocus also is fun and likable. Jimmy Durante’s narration offers quirky charm for that element."DVD Movie Guide: Frosty The Snowman Review

"Frosty The Snowman is a wonderful holiday treat that belongs in every Christmas DVD collection. While Frosty Returns may only be watched once, Frosty The Snowman has shown that it has genuine staying power and will be watched year after year."The Cinema Laser: Frosty the Snowman DVD Review
