Frederick "Fritz" Henderson is the Chief Executive Officer at General Motors. Henderson will take over as CEO of GM after The White House asked former CEO Rick Wagoner to step down. Wagoner was asked to resign because the White House said he was unable to create a plan to save GM, a company which is financially troubled and is avoiding bankruptcy by surviving on federal loans.
