The California State University, Fresno Bulldogs is a college football team that plays in the WAC Conference. Although the team has never won a national championship, they have won 23 conference titles since their founding in 1921.

History
After joining as an independent in 1921, the Fresno State Bulldogs football team helped found the Northern California Athletic Conference in 1925. They later joined the California Collegiate Athletic Association in 1939 and the Big West Conference in 1969, before settling in the Western Athletic Conference in 1992.
