• French Toast is a popular breakfast items. It consists of bread dipped into an egg and milk mixture and then pan fried. French toast is served with a sweet topping often syrup but other toppings can be used, such as fruits, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and jams.

  Stuffed French toast is very similar except that differs from French toast in that it is filled with cream cheese or different kinds of berries before dipping and frying.

• How to Make French Toast

  1. Mix together 1 egg and 1/4 cup of milk for each 2 bread slices. Flavor the mixture with vanilla extract or cinnamon if desired.
  2. Dip the bread into the mixture and let it evenly soak on both sides.
  3. Cook on both sides, frying in a slightly greased pan over medium heat.
  4. Serve with proffered toppings.
