Free Realms is an MMORPG developed and published by Sony Online Entertainment for the PS3 and PC. People can play it for free, and also have the option to pay money to buy items and other things for their characters in the game. Free Realms is a family-friendly MMORPG where parents can control the user generated content their kids see.

In November 2009, SOE announced that all classes would be made free up until level 5. Prior to this, some classes required a paid membership even to try them.

Free Realms isn't just based on a combat system like some other MMORPGs are. Besides battling bad guys, players have a lot of other things to do in the game as well. Some of the other features in this game include:

1. Pets - Players can own and take care of pets. You can play with them, train them and have them follow you around.
