Freddie Johnson filled out 73 voter registration cards for an ACORN voter registration drive. Johnson, who is of legal voting age, was asked to fill out the cards by ACORN employees so that the employees could fill their signature quotas. Johnson was interviewed by the Cuyahoga County Elections Board and local law enforcement but was not charged with any crime. If he decides to vote, he must use a provisional ballot.
