  • Brief History

    Fred Jackson played for the Division III Coe College Kohawks, and was named an All-American in 2002, with 1,702 yards and 29 touchdowns. He went on to play for the United Indoor Football League for two years where he was the co-MVP in 2005, attaining 41 touchdowns in a single season. After a stint in the NFL Europe, the Buffalo Bills invited Jackson to training camp in 2006.

    Jackson started his first game for the Bills in 2007 against the Washington Redskins. He finished the 2007 season with a total of 300 yards rushing and a 5.2 average per carry. His numbers improved in the 2008 season, playing in all 16 games and recording 130 carries for 571 yards and three touchdowns, plus 37 receptions for 317 yards and three fumbles one of which was lost.
