Frank DiPascali was the CFO of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securites, LLC. He is often referred to as Bernie Madoff's "go-to guy" during the years of Madoff's investment ponzi scheme. Although DiPascali remains under investigation for his involvement with Madoff's crimes, no charges have been filed against him.
